We have proper procedures in place when visiting our customers, making sure that there is a contact fee service in light of the current situation.
We request our customers to maintain a distance of 1.5m between yourself and our staff, while their equipment is being checked/uplifted.
We are making sure that our field technicians spent the least amount of time at your premises, and therefore are only collecting the appliances for workshop inspection/repair. But rest assured, we aim at repairing and returning your appliance within the promised time scales (unless its subjected to a part we do not have in stock or any other mitigating factors)
All field technicians are required to wear safety gloves and masks while visiting our customers. In a situation where they have to spend some time at your premises, we request that you move to a different room or maintain a safe distance.
We would like to make sure that all guidelines given by the government and health officials are followed.
We are here to help you but our first priority is our staff’s health and well being. So we would appreciate your assistance in this regard.
