Another Panasonic TV repair company gave me a very vague response when I asked them to repair my two lightning damaged T.V.’s But Consumonics responded positively straight away and updated me during the repairs which they carried out swiftly and economically. Very satisfied with the customer service and repair.

After a bit of internet research that showed it was probably a faulty module in the tv, we contacted the company to repair our Samsung tv. It was collected and delivered exactly at the times agreed by a very courteous member of staff. On delivery, he waited until we plugged it in and tested it. All dealings with the office for arrangements and payments were very professional. We are delighted with the service and the fact that we have reapired and reused, instead of buying new and contributing to landfill.

My older style but beautiful tv was picked up and I was informed of the fault and had my tv back within a week. I felt I was in good hands and the people I dealt with were both professional and friendly.

I had my Humax combi repaired from Consumonics

They sent Diego who was their field technician and had my TV up and running within 20 minutes. He also explained in detail what was wrong and showed me how it was mended. Very helpful and punctual
