RepairTV prides itself in helpful and friendly customer service. We repair between 200 to 300 TVs and DVD units in a month, therefore our business model is based on volume rather the price. But that does not mean we sacrifice on our customer satisfaction.

Repair worked well, friendly service but communication wasn’t initially good and I had to chase for updates after hearing nothing for a few days. Repair took too long. Would still use again though as friendly service.
