RepairTV prides itself in helpful and friendly customer service. We repair between 200 to 300 TVs and DVD units in a month, therefore our business model is based on volume rather the price. But that does not mean we sacrifice on our customer satisfaction.

Waste of time and money. TV still not repaited. Terrible experience and after spending £250 TV had the same fault it originally went in with. I sent tv back explaining the fault was still there and they said it wasn’t and that was as far as i could get with them. I provided video evidence of the fault and they still wouldn’t accept that there was a fault and insisted the TV worked fine even in the face of video evidence that it didnt! They werent able to fix the fault so insisted that there was none. Said they had tested it over a week which is impossible as the tv wont stay on longer than 10 minutes without the fault occuring.

After sending video evidence of the fault still present, they said they would have another look at it but if they couldnt fix it they would charge me another £79. Terrible customer service that you would never receive from a professional service provider. Wasnt willing to do anything to rectify or solve the issue just wanted to charge me more money.

Don’t waste your time and money like I have, go to a manufacturer approved tv repairer in the first instance.

Dear Michael

Your claim that we were unable to fix your TV is incorrect as you had your TV working for more than 3 months and then you reported another fault on the device. We agreed to recall your set under the same warranty.

The fault you described on your TV did not show up at all in our workshop even though we had on our test bench for more than a week. If there was a problem it should have appeared within this period. We therefore, delivered the set back to you without any cost to you. You then called again to advise that the fault is still there and we did offer to have a look at it again BUT indeed advised that if the fault does not appear THEN we will charge you a callout fee. You were welcomed to drop the TV in yourself at anytime.

Please do let us know the outcome if you have taken the TV to another repairer.

We hired Consumonics to repair 10 of our faulty TVs.

Their staff came and collected. Repaired and delivered to us within 4 days as promised.

In our business we do need a quick turnaround so our rooms stay online for customers.

Definitely recommend this company.

They had my TV collected on Friday and brought it back on Wednesday advising that there is no fault on the TV.

Diego fixed my TV at my home, they came to me the same day and applied a software upgrade to cure the TV turning on and off

Sent email and got a response via telephone within a few minutes. I took the TV to their shop and they had a look at it straightway. The problem was diagnosed and fixed. I took the tv home with me. Very honest friendly and no nonsense company. I can totally recommend.

I had problem with my LG TV, it kept on switching on and off by itself. I went to the internet and found LG TV Repairs GIllingham, and they came and picked up the the TV and they said it had a problem with PCB board and I told them to repair it and they did within four days it was brought back to me. It is now working fine and I have been given five months warranty. If I hadn’t check the internet I would have dispose adding more waste to this planet. But thank you LG TV repairs Gillingham for repairing my TV, it is working fine now and we save the planet from waste.

Thanks for repairing my LG TV, they said it had a problem PCB board, but it was repaired. I would dispose it to buy another if not for LG TV repairs Gillingham. It is working fine and I save waste from the planet by repairing it.

Problem with dvd recorder diagnosed within a few hours of taking it in. Fault rectified following day . The capacitor needed replacing. Collected and charged reasonable fee . Happy to recommend this Company.
