RepairTV prides itself in helpful and friendly customer service. We repair between 200 to 300 TVs and DVD units in a month, therefore our business model is based on volume rather the price. But that does not mean we sacrifice on our customer satisfaction.

They had my TV repaired and running within 4 days

I got myself booked with them on Thursday and agreed the callout fee of £70, they called me on wednesday to give a time slot of visit. The technician was very punctual and collected the TV for workshop inspection. They called me on Friday to tell me whats wrong with the TV giving a quote of £155 (minus my callout fee). After i approved the estimate, they returned the TV on Tuesday and i paid the balance of £85. The technician also fitted it back on the wall and showed me everything working. They also confirmed that the repair came with 5 months warranty.
So apart from the repair taking 7 days i have nothing but a very good impression from this company
I am very contend and satisfied with the repair service provided. They kept me informed during the repair with regular texts and I had my TV with me within 7 days.

They sent their engineer to my house, who cured the fault within 15 minutes. He explained to me how to resolve it the next time if it ever appears. Callout fee was reasonable and I got to learn something as well. Cannot complain

I had my TV checked by another company and they said I needed a new PSU board. I had my doubts so took it Consumonics and they repaired the TV by changing some capacitators on the PSU board saying that the board was repairable and did not need a new one.
Honest people
My TV went faulty and my insurance company sent Consumonics to repair it for me.
I would say that there service was very efficient, they gave me a loan tV while mine was being repaired, even though they repaired my TV and returned it within 3 days. Upon return the technician set it up again for me and gave me his number in case needed
