RepairTV prides itself in helpful and friendly customer service. We repair between 200 to 300 TVs and DVD units in a month, therefore our business model is based on volume rather the price. But that does not mean we sacrifice on our customer satisfaction.

I enquired to have my broken TV screen repaired which they advised was not economical for repair BUT they did guide me on how to have this covered by my insurance and also gave an evaluation report
They sent a technician to my home who resolved the fault within 15 minutes and also wrote down for me on how to resolve it next time if it appears
