RepairTV prides itself in helpful and friendly customer service. We repair between 200 to 300 TVs and DVD units in a month, therefore our business model is based on volume rather the price. But that does not mean we sacrifice on our customer satisfaction.

A few small problems:
• Initially told by one of their engineers over the phone that the good news was that there was nothing wrong with my TV. I then explained the fault in detail and said that I wasn’t likely to be spending the call our fee of £65 just to send my Lexsor TV away on holiday to meet other TVs. I had already explained the problem to the lady with whom I made the booking and the installer who came to collect the TV. The engineer gave his assurance that he now understood.
• When the TV was returned for installation the installer did not have the remote or the washers to fix it correctly to the frame on the wall.
However Tariq Armed kept me advised throughout. The remote and washers came via the installer the next morning.
I didn’t pay the balance until I was satisfied that the TV was working.
All the staff were very respectful, helpful and polite both over the phone and in my home.
The costs of the repair including call out, dismantle, repair, return and installation was £144. Cheaper than a replacement TV.
